<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a power conversion circuit board, a motor the built-in power conversion circuit board and a device mounting the motor, improve safety and reliability, reduce total cost and improving the performance of the device mounting the motor, while maintaining the effect of miniaturization and processing cost reduction, or the like, by applying a surface-mounted IC, and to improve the performance of the device mounting the motor. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion circuit is composed by surface-mounting a packaged semiconductor module (main circuit IC2) on a printed circuit board 1.
