<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and accurately measuring reciprocating propagation delay time, without being affected by an inter-network connection device, between a delay time measuring device connected to the Internet and a mobile terminal connected to a mobile terminal network. <P>SOLUTION: Variation in propagation delay time between a reference mobile terminal and a delay time measuring device is subtracted from a propagation delay time between a mobile terminal to be measured and the delay time measuring device, to determine corrected propagation delay time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
