<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load collapse preventive sheet having excellent workability which covers the top surface of a load. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like member includes a top surface covering part 1A which has a rectangular shape corresponding to the top surface of a parallelopiped or cubic load W and covers the top surface of the load, and side surface covering parts 1B, each of which has a rectangular shape extended by the predetermined length from each ridge of the top surface covering part 1A and covers side surface of the load. The side surface covering parts 1B have connection means 10, 11, 12 for connecting the adjacent side surface covering parts to each other.
