<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier which surely releases static electricity to a floor by surely bringing a conductive tire in contact with the floor even when the floor has steps and unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: The carrier includes: a carrier body 3 with a support where a carried article 1 is placed; a main wheel 4 provided to the carrier body; an auxiliary wheel retaining mechanism 13 provided to the carrier body so as to retain an auxiliary wheel 12 under the state where an electrical connection between the carrier body and the auxiliary wheel is established; the conductive tire 11; a tire retainer 14 retaining the tire so that the tire is rotatable; and a slide part (conductive metal shaft) 15 connected to the tire retainer so as to vertically slide while retaining the electrical connection by engaging with the auxiliary wheel retaining mechanism of the carrier body. The carrier also includes the auxiliary wheel always biased downward while being applied with a downward load including its own weight independent of the carrier body, so as to bring the conductive tire in contact with a floor surface 20 even when the floor surface has steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
