PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board transfer pallet 10 on which glass boards are loaded and stacked horizontally and a light and inexpensive upper lid 11 is stacked at high density. SOLUTION: The bottom board 13C of a stage has extended portions 13D on its four corners and a connecting hole 15 on its back surface. A stacking member 40 having a connecting portion 45 on its surface is placed in a cylindrical frame 23 when the stacking member is stacked on the bottom board 13C. The connecting hole 15 on the back surface of the pallet 10 is fitted on the connecting portion 45 of the stacking member 40 so that the connected portion and the stacking member 40 jointly support the board transfer pallet 10. When the pallet 10 carrying glass boards is stacked, the stacking member 40 is placed on a pedestal 22 to raise the level of the upper part of the stacking member 40. When the pallet 10 carrying no glass board is stacked, the stacking member 40 is placed on the extended portions 13D to lower the level of the upper part of the stacking member 40.
