PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an air cleaner case in close vicinity to an engine, by reducing a seat height, by compactly arranging the air cleaner case. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 10 includes a vehicle body frame 11, a fuel tank 35 arranged above a front part of the vehicle body frame 11, a seat 36 arranged in the rear of the fuel tank 35 and above the vehicle body frame 11, an engine 12 suspended under the fuel tank 35 and under the vehicle body frame 11, the air cleaner case 61, a plate-like element 70 arranged in the air cleaner case 61 and a maintenance slit 72 used when attaching-detaching the plate-like element 70. The air cleaner case 61 is arranged under the fuel tank 35, and the plate-like element 70 is slantingly arranged backward-upward in a vehicle side view, and the maintenance slit 72 is oppositely arranged to the seat 36 under the seat 36.
