HIGH SHEAR METHOD USING HIGH SHEAR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high shear method using a high shear device for manufacturing a high-quality blend material by stabilizing behavior of pressure waveform of material upon high shear and kneading the material. SOLUTION: The high shear method using the high shear device includes: a process of injecting a molten resin M' into the heating cylinder 21 of a high shear unit 20 provided with an inner feedback type screw 23, in a plasticizing unit for plasticizing and melting a resin; a process of rotating the inner feedback type screw 23 at middle rotation speed after the injection process and transferring the molten resin M' in the heating cylinder 21 to the feeding side of the inner feedback type screw 23 by a prescribed time; and a process of performing high-speed rotation of the inner feedback type screw 23 after the transfer process and kneading the molten resin M' while applying high shear stress to the molten resin M'.
