PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller arranging structure for a working machine, which exhibits various effects such as improvement of the workability in the maintenance of an engine room, securing the arrangement space for other electric components, suppression of the installation costs of the electric components less than the installation costs of the controller, and no possibility of interference by harness at flipping-up of a driver sheet. SOLUTION: A plate 10 fixed with the controller 3 is secured to the lower part of a driver sheet 1 having the front tip thereof rotatably journalled, and a harness insertion hole 6 is formed on a rotary shaft 20 side of the upper face of the plate 10.
