PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image diagnostic apparatus, easily recognizing the positional relation of a blood vessel and a stent. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: a radiographing part 40 for generating 3D contrast image data by radiographing a subject P wherein a stent is made to indwell in the blood vessel and a contrast medium is injected; and a first processing part 51 for processing the 3D contrast image data generated in the radiographing part 40 and generating alarm image data for alarming a part where the position of the indwelling stent in the subject P is abnormal to a master blood vessel. The first processing part 51 measures cross section data for which the data of the stent included in the 3D contrast image data are sliced on a plane vertical to the traveling direction of the blood vessel and displays, at a display part 53, alarm image data 60a identifying the area of master blood vessel data where the stent is contracted by an alarm color 64 on the basis of the measured result.
