The scaffold (4) has a holding mechanism holding a service work implementing person in different heights over water at distance for implementing service work before a side of the scaffold to be climbed. The holding mechanism is anchored, supported or held in upper area of the side of the scaffold to be climbed. A drum or a hoist is coupled with a drive to lift or lower a traction mechanism i.e. hoisting rope, where the drive is controllable over a remote control i.e. radio remote control.
