<p>The present invention relates to an iron-based catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis and to a production method therefor, and more specifically to: a liquid-hydrocarbon-selective, catalytically stable iron-based catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis which has high carbon-monoxide-conversion efficiency and is produced by producing nanoparticles comprising an iron-based catalytic component already having the potential to be active in a Fischer-Tropsch reaction, and by then loading these nanoparticles on a catalyst support; and a production method therefor.</p>
