POLYETHER-POLYAMIDE ELASTOMER AND POLYAMIDE LAMINATE

Provided are: a polyether-polyamide elastomer which can provide a polyamide laminate that comprises both a polyether-polyamide elastomer layer and a crosslinked rubber layer and that exhibits high bond strength; and a polyamide laminate with high bond strength. Specifically provided are [1] a polyether-polyamide elastomer to be laminated with a crosslinked rubber, which contains 0.01 to 7 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent per 100 parts by mass of the polyether-polyamide elastomer, and [2] a polyamide laminate which comprises a layer of a polyether-polyamide elastomer and a layer of a crosslinked rubber, wherein the polyether-polyamide elastomer is an elastomer that is prepared by polymerizing (X1) a specific aminocarboxylic acid compound and/or (X2) a lactam compound, (Y) a specific triblock polyether diamine compound, and (Z) a specific dicarboxylic acid compound, and 0.01 to 7 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent is contained per 100 parts by mass of the polyether-polyamide elastomer.
