PURPOSE: A smart RFID notebook management system and a method thereof are provided to generate a warning sound and video information to detect that a terminal is illegally taken out or carried if an unauthorized user takes out or carries the terminal. CONSTITUTION: Front doors(120) are installed at the open front sides of a terminal stand(110), and a touch screen(130) is installed at an upper side of the terminal stand. An RFID reader(140) reads out the RFID card of a user. Cameras(150) photographs the images around the terminal stand, and a DB stores data through the connection with a main control device(160). A DB server is connected to the main control device to manage external databases. |
