PURPOSE: A real estate commission discount coupon system is provided to reduce the burden on real estate commission so that a consumer may visit at first a member shop which provides a real estate commission discount service. CONSTITUTION: A consumer who is registered as a member visits a member shop to receive a consulting service. Through the registration for membership, the consumer receives a real estate commission discount coupon. Regarding to the consumer who visits the member shop, the member shop confirms whether the consumer is registered as a member. According to the confirmation result, the member shop provides the consumer with benefits. A system operator is in the charge of information management, authentication and security, and provides a subscriber with the discount coupon through a mobile phone or the Internet. |
