PURPOSE: A pressure controlling device of an exercise device using a hydraulic cylinder is provided to secure the safety of a user. CONSTITUTION: A pressure controlling device of an exercise device using a hydraulic cylinder comprises: a hydraulic cylinder; a first fitting and a second fitting installed in both sides of the hydraulic cylinder; a cap cover and a side cover respectively installed in the first fitting and second fitting; a regulating shaft(110) revolving with a control handle; a plurality of fluid control holes(114) formed at the same interval along the circumference of the regulating shaft; a fluid path groove(118) formed along the outer circumference of the regulating shaft; and a linking groove formed in one among the fluid control holes.
