<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain combustion temperature of a combustion furnace from becoming high temperature while carrying out stable operation when pure oxygen combustion is carried out in a circulation fluid bed boiler. <P>SOLUTION: A pure oxygen combustion boiler comprises the combustion furnace 1 for fluidized combustion of a solid fuel 3 by supplying oxygen 5 to heat a fluidizing medium 8, a separator 7 which introduces combustion gas 6 taken out of an upper part of the combustion furnace 1 to separate the fluidizing medium 8 from exhaust gas 9, and an external heat exchanging furnace 10 which introduces the fluidizing medium 8 from the separator 7 to carry out heat exchanging with another fluid and which returns the fluidizing medium 8 cooled by heat-exchanging with another fluid to the combustion furnace 1 again through a circulation flow passage 12. A circulation amount of the fluidizing medium 8 circulating between the combustion furnace 1 and the external heat exchanging furnace 10 is set so that the temperature inside the combustion furnace 1 could be kept at safety upper-limit temperature T1 or lower and so that temperature T2 of the fluidizing medium 8 returned from the external heat exchanging furnace 10 to the combustion furnace 1 could be kept at ignition temperature of the solid fuel in the combustion furnace 1 or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
