<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of efficiency of using a distributed computing environment. <P>SOLUTION: A management device is configured to assign a computer which processes a process configuring an application to the application from a plurality of computers, and to assign a network device which transfers data necessary for the processing of the process between the computers to the application from a plurality of network devices, and provided with: a global monitor means for monitoring the load situations of the plurality of computers and the plurality of network devices; and a resource management means for, when a value showing the load situations of the computer or the network device assigned to the application exceeds a threshold, newly assigning the computer and the network equipment to the application based on the load situations of the computer and the network device other than the computer or the network device whose load situations is shown by the value exceeding the threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
