PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic flux detector that forms a uniform magnetic field and has high detection sensitivity, and a method of manufacturing the detector. SOLUTION: A first detecting path member extends between a first excitation path member and a second excitation path member on a predetermined plane, and the projection image of the excitation path member in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined plane substantially completely covers the projection image of a magnetic permeable structure in the direction perpendicular to the predetermined plane at least in a region of a plurality of windings of a magnetic flux forming coil.
