PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip excellent in workability for insertion into a hanging groove even when providing a cloth able to set ends of a sheet cover. SOLUTION: The clip 4 includes a hook 10 having a hook part 20 formed so as to be able to hang on a wire 60 disposed in the hanging groove 58 formed in a sheet pad 50 and a plunging part 22 approximately formed into the flat to a direction approximately intersecting at an inserting direction so as to form a plunging position when inserting the hook part 20 into the groove 58 and the cloth 12 connected to the plunging part 22 and able to set the ends 32a, 34a and 36a of the sheet cover 30. Hanging the hook part 20 on the wire 60 is able to fix the ends 32a, 34a and 36a of the sheet cover 30 to the groove 58 of the sheet pad 50. The cloth 12 is set to an edge of the plunging part 22.
