PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of a drawing processing for preserving an image acquired by superposing an image on a determination result and displaying the image on a screen, and resultantly to suppress decline of work efficiency caused by delay of a drawing time. SOLUTION: A quality determination part 3 performs quality determination of an appearance by using image data of an inspection object imaged by an imaging device 1. A result image generation part 4 generates result image data which are image data showing a result of the quality determination. A registered image generation part 5 generates registered image data acquired by superposing the result image data on the image data of the inspection object.
