PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase of the product cost; and to improve appearance when protecting a sliding part which is an upper side part of a front fork from damage caused by muddy water and a flying stone. SOLUTION: The cover structure includes an upper bracket 3 connected to an upper side part of a projecting part of a vehicle body side tube 1 projecting from a head end part 2a of a wheel side tube 2, and an under bracket 4 connected to a lower side part of the projecting part; and a cover covering the head end part 2a, the vicinity of the head end part 2a and the projecting part form an outer side. The cover is suspended from a lower end of the upper bracket 3, and is fitted to the under bracket 4 side under the existence of a fitting means, and the movement in the radial direction and the turning movement around an axis of the vehicle body side tube 1 can be prevented. A supporting member 7 is arranged between the upper bracket 3 and the under bracket 4, and an upper end of the cover is fastened between an upper end of the supporting member 7 and the lower end of the upper bracket 3, and the movement along the axial direction in the cover can be prevented.
