PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank sheet for forming a corrugated board case configured so that each external flap can accurately be folded outside of a predetermined position and also can accurately be folded inside along a lateral score line formed between the bottom panel and the flap. SOLUTION: Each external flap F1connected to the bottom panel P2of the blank sheet S1has a plurality of auxiliary score lines e extending across the corresponding lateral score line b formed between the external flap F1and the bottom panel P2. These auxiliary score lines e are formed at intervals along the lateral score line b in the lengthwise direction of the line b.
