A panel supporting bracket of an air conditioner includes a connection part (1) for connecting with the air conditioner body; a first positioning part (2) which is connected with the connection part (1) and has a first groove part (22) extending downward; and a second positioning part (3) which is connected to the outside of the first positioning part (2) and has a second groove part (32) extending outward from the outside of the first groove part (22). An air conditioner indoor unit is also provided, which includes the panel supporting bracket as above described.
