A device for impregnating and dosed application of polymer binder on a long-fiber material comprises a device for pre-impregnation of material by polymer binder, a device for pressing impregnated material, two pairs of working tools, the first of which is located in front of the device for pre-impregnation, and the second pair of working tools is located between the device for pre-impregnation and device for pressing impregnated material, in the case, the tools have individual actuators and are made as ultrasonic transducers with possibility of contact with treated material by an edge of radiating rectangular plate and with possibility of change of pressing effort, and the working tools are generally offset relative to each other along the length of the material on both sides relative thereto and at different angles of inclination to the plane of treated material. The device in addition comprises a device for contact application of insonified polymer binder on the surface of elongated fibrous material to be placed tin front of the first pair of working tools. |
