METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING RADIO RESOURCE CONTROL CONNECTION RECONFIGURATION FAILURE

A method for processing radio resource control connection reconfiguration failure is disclosed by the present invention. The method includes that a user equipment (UE) executes a configuration corresponding to each parameter in a radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message after receiving the RRC connection reconfiguration message from a network side (301); and according to a configuration executing state of the executed current parameter, maintaining the current configuration, or restoring the configuration which is set before UE receives the RRC connection reconfiguration message, is executed correspondingly (302). A system for processing radio resource control connection reconfiguration failure is also disclosed by the present invention. In the system, an executing element is used to execute a configuration corresponding to each parameter in an RRC connection reconfiguration message, and according to a configuration executing state of the executed current parameter, correspondingly execute maintaining the current configuration, or restoring the configuration which is set before UE receives the RRC connection reconfiguration message. By employing the method and system of the present invention, the realization complexity of an RRC connection reconfiguration process is reduced.
