PURPOSE: A producing method of a patty for hamburgers, using beans as a main component is provided to remarkably reduce the content of harmful trans fat and saturated fat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a patty for hamburgers comprises the following steps: soaking 1,000g of beans in water, and removing the moisture from the surface of the beans; crushing 65~75% of soaked beans with 550~650g of beef bone stock to obtain a bean-beef bone stock mixture; crushing 25~35% of soaked beans; mixing the bean-beef bone stock mixture, glutinous rice flour, eggs, lentinus edodes powder, sea tangle powder, brine, minced spring onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper, and stirring to obtain a mixture; and molding the mixture into a patty, before heating. |
