Disclosed is a method for producing an 11-sugar sialyloligosaccharide-peptide with good yield, high purity, and easily at an industrial scale from defatted bird egg yolk. Specifically, the method for producing an 11-sugar sialyloligosaccharide-peptide includes an extracting step for obtaining an extract fluid of sugar peptides by extracting from defatted bird egg yolk using water or a salt solution, a precipitation step for adding the aforementioned extract fluid to an aqueous organic solvent to precipitate the sugar peptides, and a desalinizing step for desalinizing the precipitate.
