PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device, a manufacturing method and a lamp inspection method without needing an inspection device are provided to reduce cost for lighting inspection without adding the inspection device. CONSTITUTION: First to third sub pixels in a data driving circuit(350) include respectively different colors. First to third gate lines are respectively connected to first to third sub pixels. A data line is connected to first to third data lines. A gate transistor is connected to first to third gate lines. A data transistor is connected to the data line. A gate terminal of the gate transistor receives a control signal.
