PURPOSE: A peeling apparatus is provided to perform a peeling process of crops with outer skins including potatoes and chestnuts without damaging inner tissue. CONSTITUTION: A peeling apparatus comprises the following: a container(21) with a space for removing outer skin from objects(2000) to be processed; a rotating plate(22) located on the bottom of the container, and combined with a blade; a product outlet formed on a wall surface of the container; a first impact absorbing member(23) covering a lower protrusion of the product outlet; a power unit supplying power for rotating the rotating plate; a supporting plate extended from the product outlet to the outside; a second impact absorbing member combined with a side wall of the supporting plate; and an induction plate(27) extended from the side wall of the supporting plate to the inside of the container. |
