METHOD OF SURFACE TREATMENT FOR MG ALLOYS GOODS

PURPOSE: A direct-fired surface treatment method for magnesium alloys products is provided to uniformly form an oxide film layer by making rapidly oxidized by using a direct fire mode. CONSTITUTION: A direct-fired surface treatment method for magnesium alloys products is as follows. A greasy matter of the surface is removed by processing a magnesium alloy product with TCE(Trichloroethylene) solution. The magnesium alloy product is processed in acetone solution to remove TCE solution. The acetone of the surface is neutralized by methanol solution. The magnesium alloy product is washed with water and dried. A surface treatment solution is sprayed to the surface of the magnesium alloy product. The magnesium alloy product is processed in a direct fired machine of 200~260°C for 10~15 seconds. The magnesium alloy product is washed with ethanol and dried.
