<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication system, a positioning method, and a positioning program for solving the problem that the operatable time of the battery of a communication device becomes short. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device 91 includes a positioning part 11 for measuring its position by using assist data containing navigation data of a satellite 93 from a base station 92; and a communication part 12, which finishes communication between the device and the base station 92 before the positioning part 11 finishes measuring the position, when the part acquires the assist data and outputs it to the positioning part 11.
