PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing technology capable of quickly extracting only data required for user preference analysis and quickly determining the preference of each user based on the extracted data.

SOLUTION: A data processor 1 includes a preference analysis data extraction unit 110 for extracting a path (URI or a part of URI) set in a request line of an HTTP request extracted by a data extraction device 13, and/or a text (word) set in a tag included in a HEAD of a message body of an HTTP response extracted by the data extraction device 13 for each user of a user terminal device and a preference analysis unit 120 for calculating data for determining preference for each user based on preference analysis data including at least the path (URI or a part of URI) and/or the text (word) extracted by the preference analysis data extraction unit 110.
