<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light leakage prevention structure of a light emitting element for preventing light leakage between light emitting elements adjacent to each other while simplifying a production process and reducing manhours, reducing the distance between the light emitting elements, and easily downsizing a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 11 includes shielding hole parts 23 among a plurality of light guide hole parts 22 for guiding light of LEDs 12 from the back face 31 side of the substrate 11 to the front face 32 side thereof. A metal film part is formed inside each shielding hole part 23. The metal film part of the shielding hole part 23 shields the light of the LED 12 passing through the light guide hole part 22 to prevent transmission to another light guide hole part 22 adjacent thereto. The shielding hole parts 23 are formed on the substrate 11 along with via hole parts 21 and the light guide hole parts 22 by drilling work or pressing work, and thereafter plating becoming the metal film parts is applied to the substrate 11, whereby the metal film parts are formed inside the shielding hole parts 23.
