<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which gives a highly transparent cured film excellent in chemical resistance and thermal resistance, free of cracking and having a thickness of 15-200 μm, when coated, and a cured film and a display element using the material. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosetting polymer composition comprises (A) a copolymer composed of (a1) a radically polymerizable monomer having oxiranyl, (a2) a radically polymerizable monomer having an alicyclic structure, and (a3) a (meth)acrylate having a specific alkyl, and (B) a copolymer composed of (b1) a radically polymerizable monomer having a carboxylic acid structure or an acid anhydride structure and (b2) an another radically polymerizable monomer.
