<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high purity fluorine-containing phosphate capable of controlling cycle characteristics by setting impurity content at less than a specific amount regarding the fluorine-containing phosphate used as a nonaqueous electrolyte, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the high purity fluorine-containing phosphate for a nonaqueous electrolyte represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, Rf<SP>1</SP>, Rf<SP>2</SP>, and Rf<SP>3</SP>are respectively same or different 1-10C alkyl group, 1-10C fluorine-containing alkyl group, or hydrogen atoms, and at least one of the Rf<SP>1</SP>to Rf<SP>3</SP>is fluorine-containing alkyl group), the content of halogen ions included in the fluorine-containing phosphate is less than 10 ppm at a weight ratio, and the content of the fluorine containing phosphite is less than 0.1 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
