<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection unit for preventing vibration due to laser oscillation from being transmitted to an optical unit, and to provide a laser oscillation apparatus including the same. <P>SOLUTION: This laser oscillation device includes: an oscillation unit oscillating a laser; a shutter unit surrounding the laser; and a connection unit surrounding the laser, connecting the oscillation unit to the shutter unit, and including a first connection part supported by the oscillation unit and a second connection part supported by the shutter unit, wherein one of the first and second connection parts is separated from the other one, and surrounds at least a portion or more of the other one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
