<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of liquid crystalline resin composition in which the generation of black specks (BS) is reduced, the liquid crystalline resin composition in which the content of the BS is low, and an apparatus for manufacturing the liquid crystalline resin composition in which the content of the BS is low. <P>SOLUTION: A biaxial extruder which has a liquid crystalline resin supplying opening 11 in an upstream side end part in an extruding direction, a discharging die 14 in a downstream side end part of in the extruding direction, a filler supplying opening 12 in the middle part of the liquid crystalline resin composition 11 and the discharging die 14, and a first vent opening 13 in the downstream side of the filler supplying opening 12, a plasticizing part arranged in a cylinder and in the downstream side of the liquid crystalline resin supplying opening and a kneading element having pumpability from the upstream side end part of the filling material supplying opening as a start point toward the downstream arranged and a mixing part 16 in a zone from the downstream side end part of the first kneading zone 17, which has a kneading element capable of being carried, to the upstream side end part of the first vent opening arranged in the cylinder is used when manufacturing the liquid crystalline resin composition by melting and mixing the liquid crystalline resin and the filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
