PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric winch can reduce operation noise, and can stably prevent the looseness of a belt. SOLUTION: The electric winch 1 includes the belt 2 connected to a wheelchair, a drum 25 capable of taking up and feeding the belt 2, and an electric motor 5 for normally and reversely rotating and driving the drum 25. Between the drum 25 and an electronic motor 5, there is arranged a one-way clutch 24 for transmitting a drive force of the electric motor 5 to the drum 25 in a state that a rotary force based on the tension of the belt 2 is given to the drum 25, and blocking the transmission of the drive force of the electric motor 5 to the drum 25 in a state that the rotary force based on the tension of the belt 2 is not given to the drum 25.
