PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for downsizing a pile by introducing prestress to a cast-in-place concrete pile, and also for downsizing and simplifying a construction device. SOLUTION: An anchoring steel rod 1 is inserted from the ground surface 101 into the ground 100, and an anchoring part 2 is arranged to anchor a lower end of the anchoring steel rod 1 in the supporting ground. Then, a cast-in-place concrete pile hole 10 is drilled around the anchoring steel rod 1, and concrete is placed in the pile hole 10 to construct the cast-in-place concrete pile 20. After that, a bearing plate 4 is placed on an upper surface of the concrete pile 20, and then the anchoring steel rod 1 is tensioned to introduce a compression stress to the cast-in-place concrete pile 20.
