PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water discharge device capable of optionally changing concentration of detergent in the water to be discharged through a washing nozzle, enhancing effect of washing, and saving detergent and being friendly to the environment in the use of detergent. SOLUTION: This washing water discharge device 1 includes: the washing nozzle 22 for discharging water through a discharge port 6 by generating negative pressure due to flow of water in an inside flow passage 26; and a detergent amount adjusting means 12 for communicating one end of a detergent introduction path 59 having the other end connected with a detergent tank 35 with a detergent intake 14 provided in the inside flow passage 26 of the washing nozzle 22 and changing and adjusting area of opening of the detergent introduction path 59.
