PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an underground pipeline with a smooth inner surface because blocking members automatically form the pipe inner surface at notches after pulling claw members out of the notches by fitting the blocking members into the notches. SOLUTION: This jacking pipe 10 including a pipe body 12 and the blocking members 14 is used in a low loading capacity type jacking method to form the underground pipeline such as a sewer pipeline. The end of the pipe body 12 is formed with the notches 44 for inserting the claw members (34) provided at a jacking apparatus (20), and the blocking members 14 are mounted into the notches 44. The blocking members 14 are formed of elastic rubber or the like and restored into the original shape after pulling the claw members (34) out of the notches 44, to automatically block the notches 44 to thereby make the pipe inner surface smooth.
