PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nodal structure of a latticed shell structure, which enables the construction of the latticed shell structure with a curved shape, while easily and accurately joining a beam material and a joint member together; and to provide a method for constructing the nodal structure. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this nodal structure of the latticed shell structure includes: the plurality of beam materials 10; the joint member 102 which has a tubular shape, and which has a contact surface 108 on a tubular outer surface formed away from the center axis of the tubular shape by a predetermined distance; and an end member 112 which comprises a first surface 118 brought into contact with the contact surface of the joint member and bolt-joined to the joint member and a second surface 113 welded to the beam material, and which is formed in such a shape as to uniquely specify the angle of the second surface with respect to the central axis of the joint member when the first surface is bolt-joined to the contact surface of the joint member. The beam material has a shape of an end worked on the basis of the angle of the second surface of the end member specified when it is bolt-joined to the contact surface of the joint member, and the installation angle of the beam material with respect to the central axis, and has an end surface 11 which is welded to the second surface.
