PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a weak part of a subject's body that the subject himself or herself has not noticed yet, and to effectively stimulate the detected part, regarding a low frequency pulse applying device or the like for applying pulses to a plurality of zones. SOLUTION: The low frequency pulse applying device includes a self-diagnosis mode of repeating the generation of pulses of predetermined frequency and the temporary stop of the pulse generation; a muscular stimulation mode of repeating the generation of pulses of frequency changed with a first predetermined frequency range having an upper limit value lower than the predetermined frequency, and the temporary stop of the pulse generation; and a nerve stimulation mode of repeating the generation of pulses of frequency changed within a second predetermined frequency range having an upper limit value lower than the predetermined frequency and wider than the first predetermined frequency range, and the temporary stop of the pulse generation, and then repeating the generation of pulses of frequency changed within the second predetermined frequency range while modulating amplitude, and the temporary stop of the pulse generation.
