PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device capable of reliably preventing repair liquid from leaking out to an external part by regulating rotation of a bottle after the opening. SOLUTION: The sealing device 10 includes: an injection unit 20 which connects and fixes a mouth part 18B of a repair liquid bottle 18 thereto and has a gas-liquid supply pipe 50 connected by a joint hose 54 to be connected to a tire 100; an opening device 60 which is inserted to the injection unit 20, opens the mouth part 18B, at the same time, performs sealing between the repair liquid bottle 18 and the injection unit 20 and feeds compression air to the repair liquid bottle 18 through an air passage 92; and guide walls 102 to 105 and a side wall 16A which come into contact with an outer edge of a base stand 36 and regulate a relative rotation with respect to the opening device 60 of the injection unit 20 by inserting the base stand 36 of the injection unit 20 having a non-circular outer edge as viewed from the insertion direction in the case of the insertion of the opening device 60, whereby the rotation of the repair liquid bottle 18 after the opening is regulated and the leakage of the sealing agent 32 to an external part can be reliably prevented.
