METHOD FOR STIMULATING PROLIFERATION IN WOUND OF RAT SKIN BY GRAFTING MESENCHIMAL STEM CELLS

摘要

A method for stimulating proliferation in the wound of rat skin by grafting mesenchimal stem cells comprises immobilization of cells in gelatin matrix. The bioconstruct obtained in such a way is injected with insulin syringe under the eschar on four sides in undamaged area of the skin. When the wound of large area is treated, the volume and the number of injection site are increased. For prevention of gelatin leakage, the site of administration is treated with BF-6 adhesive.
