The storage is partially made of a foam material, where the foam material exhibits cells (54) for supply and delivery of the agents. The cells are temporarily opened or closed based on an environment parameter e.g. temperature and humidity. The foam material is formed to deliver the cleaning- and/or caring agents from the storage by osmosis process. A capillary tube (59) is provided for refilling the cleaning- and/or caring agents into the storage.
