PURPOSE: A lower paper of a mat on which single fiber are planted and a mat using the same are provided to prevent slipping and to absorb noise. CONSTITUTION: A single fiber is planted by applying adhesive on one side of substrate of a lower paper. The planted single fiber is perpendicularly formed with respect to the substrate of the lower paper. The single fiber is partially planted in a pattern, character, and trademark. A carpet is combined on the upper side of the lower paper. |
