SILICON REFINING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A silicon purifier is provided to minimize the thermal loss by hardening the silicon from one direction in the hardening chamber. CONSTITUTION: A refinery(110) includes the melting furnace which fuses the silicon. A plurality of hardening chambers(130) is arranged around the refinery. The plurality of hardening chambers contains the crucible inside. The refinery rotates in order to transfer the fused silicon to one hardening chamber which is selected out of the plurality of hardening chambers.
