PURPOSE: A polyolefin-based resin composition is provided to produce a reinforced film with excellent sealing property, transparency, tensile strength, impact strength and stiffness even in small thickness. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin-based resin composition for a film comprises (A) 7-20 weight% of elastomer resin, (B) 40-60 weight% of polyethylene polyethylene resin polymerized under a metallocene catalyst, (C) 20-45 weight% of low density polyethylene, (D) 7-20 weight% of polyethylene resin consisting of ethylene and 1-octene, or a copolymer of ethylene and 1-hexene, polymerized in the presence of Ziegler-Natta catalysts, and (E) 0.01-10 weight% of at least one additives selected from coated calcium carbonate, slip agent, neutralizing agent or blocking agent.
