<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, server device, communication apparatus, navigation information generation method and computer program, for achieving more efficient browsing of a Web page. <P>SOLUTION: When a gateway server 2 receives an HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) document from a Web server in response to a request from a mobile phone 1, the HTML document is analyzed by an HTML analysis part 22 and all the links included in the HTML document are extracted. The extracted link is stored into an unreferred list management unit 23 and a flag showing whether it is already referred to by the mobile phone 1 is stood. Among links stored into the unreferred list management unit 23, navigation information including only the unreferred links is generated by a navigation information generation unit 24 and transmitted to the mobile phone 1.
